Initially designed for Kamikaze units, this flag lends itself quite nicely to spells for FfH. Instead of always relying on the limited duration summon mechanism and forcing your mage out into the battlefield, spells could be designed to make permanent summons which utilize this flag to ensure that you only get one chance to harass your opponent.

This can also work quite nicely for units spawned from combat (by using UnitCreateFromCombat) be powerful units, but not unbalance the entire game (since they would only be able to be used once).
